Finder Sidebar Icons

Hi all,
While I like some of the changes to finder (coverflow, automatic share finding), I'm not a big fan of the way the sidebar is designed. In Tiger, the icons were large and easily recognizable. With Leopard, they've been shrunk down significantly, making them difficult to know what they represent at a glance (curse my old eyes). Does anyone know a way to increase their size? Also, is there a way to reorganize the grouping so that places, devices, shared can be in a different order?

I need to do the same thing in Mail with the Mailboxes. Way to small for me.
