Finder sidebar keeps on changing.

I have two partitions. One for booting the other for data.
The partition for data always shows up in "Favourites" regardless of how many times I remove it. Is this a bug? It is seriously annoying me I have to say...

I'm not sure, but I believe as that's a internal partition then it has to stay.
