In checking my Finder Sidebar Preferences in Lion I noticed that Hard disks is no longer checked but now has "-" instead, not a blank box. When I click on Devices Username iMac then Macintosh HD and Network show in the Finder window. Does anyone else see this in theirs?

Ticked means all devices of this type are shown, blank means none and - means some.

Click it until it's a tick, then right click a hard disk and remove it from the sidebar. You'll notice the tick is now a -.
