Hi all. My Finder window has begun opening the folder "Saved Application State" every time I launch. I had it open to fix a problem with a hanging Preview. Now every time I open a new Finder window it
1. pops up a location I didn't set it to
2. pops up in a very small size.

Please see my settings in the pictures.

Thanks so much.

Try changing the default to a different folder and see whether it makes any difference.

Delete the folder "com.apple.finder.savedState" in the Saved Application State folder (see your screenshot), press command + option + W to close all Finder windows, then hold down the option key and right-click on the Finder icon in the Dock and then select relaunch.

If that doesn't work, maybe you should consider a reset of Finder. You can do this with this Terminal command:
Code:
defaults delete com.apple.finder; defaults delete com.apple.sidebarlists; killall Finder
