Finding an Apple Pencil on Nov 7th?

Ordered my new iPad Pro 12.9” from Verizon, and it should be here on the 7th.

But VZW wasn’t selling the pencil.

And ship dates from Apple are 3 weeks out now.

What’s my best bet to get one as quick as I can?

I don’t live near an Apple store any longer, unfortunately.

I would check Best Buy if Apple store is not an option.

I knew I would have to wait for my 2018 iPad once I decided on size but I couldn’t imagine not having the pencil on day 1. I just ordered one from Best Buy which should arrive around 11/13.

I succeeded in getting one (well bought on app it have to go get still) from the local Apple store this morning.

I preordered one from BB just in case Apple sold out. (They didn't.) They told me it would 11/13, but according to an email I just got, I'll be getting it today (11/8). (And taking it back to the store.)

I ordered on Apple's website and got a Nov 20th delivery date. No engraving requested. Yesterday morning, I fired up the Apple app and ordered two of 'em with in store pickup for same day. Cancelled my online order and went over and picked 'em up. Seems like in store availability isn't an issue right now.
