Finding an iPhone backup in a Mac backup

Hey guys!

Does anyone know if it's possible to find an iPhone backup in a Mac backup? I recently formatted my MacBook and I am looking for a specific iPhone backup from last year. I was hoping I could retrieve it from the backups I've made of my computer. Many thanks!

Hey! Are you referring to a Mac backup made with Time Machine?

/Users/(username)/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup

EDIT: I guess I should add that Library is going to be a hidden folder. Pressing CMD + SHFT + . will reveal it. The folders listed off of Backup will be the backups.
