iPod Finding corrupt mp4 files

After my ordeal yesterday, I'm now playing some of the mp4 files and it looks like some of them are corrupt. One 6 minute songs is 100MB. So my question is, without playing every single song, is there a program that can sweep my Library and find corrupt files?
