Last week my golfing partner drove (senior moment) our cart into a creek - no alcohol involved (really). Thankfully he was not hurt. All was recovered except my iPhone 4 and his ego.

My question is "Does the iPhone had enough metal in it to be picked up with a strong magnet?" Would be nice to know before I go back to the course with a fishing rod a magnet attached (it would be on facebook/uTube in a few seconds with the friends I have..)

Thanks...

I hope you're able to retrieve your phone. Don't forget to post some pictures/videos of the process.

Wouldn't the iPhone be on the other side of the water by now having been pushed by a stream or something?
