I have three because I’m lazy and have a tri level house. A new 11 inch, 2nd gen 12.9, and a Mini 4. If the 5 is all that I will sell or trade the 4 and get one. It’s hard using the 4 after using the butter smooth 11I have a 12.9 iPad pro (original) 10.5 Pro & just bought a mini 5.
I am thinking of eliminating the 10.5 and 12.9 to get a 2018 12.9 and keeping the mini 5 for reading and portability.
Anyone else have 3 iPads, and do you use all the sizes?

9.7" Pro : primary device, bring everywhere
7.9" mini 4 : doesn't get used much
I got the mini 4 on sale a couple years back. By that time, I had already gotten used to the size and weight of the 9.7" and the slimdown from iPad 2/3/4 to Air was sufficient enough to get them to fit in my purses. I ended up not using the mini 4 much. If the iPad mini 3 had mini 4 specs instead (released the same time as the Air 2), I'd probably use that one more.
Reading is my primary use for iPad. I wanted a mini for single-handed reading but when an A8/2GB mini didn't materialize in 2014, I ended up continuing to use the Air. I eventually got used to the big iPad and found myself adapting to the weight (using a cover that can be used as stand, propping the iPad against pillows, my legs, etc).I was thinking to get my mini to use for reading
