Finding User Library on External HD?

[Mac In School]

I reformatted and reinstalled. Before doing so I used Carbon Copy Cloner to move everything from the internal to an external drive.

I figured out the trick to finding the local (new) user library.

What can I do to find the backed up one on my external drive?
