Finding Wallpaper files?

I'm about to reformat my Hard Drive. There's a wallpaper I want to save that I can't seem to locate the file for. How do I find the file so I can back it up?

Take a look in Library > Desktop Pictures

Open System Preferences -> Desktop & Screen Saver and drag the image out of the preview well.
