FingerPrint reader not working during charging

I just noticed this morning that when my iPhone 6 (ios9.0.1) is plugged in (using an apple power cable and plug) the fingerprint scanning doesn't work. When I unplug it works just fine. I have rebooted the phone and also deleted all my finger prints and re applied my finger prints. Still happening.

Not a normal behavior.
Mine is working also while plugged in
