Yup, I did, just for the watch, since I chose monthly payments instead of a lump sum. I don't seem to be having the AppleCare issues with my iUP phone that so many others are having - that one looks to be ok.
I mentioned this as a comment on the purchase satisfaction survey Apple sent today. My comment was that the email refeered to me as a generic ‘Customer’ and asked me to click on a link in the email and use my Apple ID.
That’s exactly what security folks tell us not to do, so it’s a little surprising seeing Apple doing this - and how long will it be before scammers send out fake emails once we’re used to it? It’s just bad practice IMO.
