Got a Glock 17. Only have a restricted permit so its locked away at the range in the gun club's vault.

Gonna be packing a P226 in two years when i graduate from the academy. Gonna get a full permit then too. Unfortunately we dont have carry permits over here. So once i'm off the clock, i dont get to carry any guns. Which sucks because i live in a crime ridden ********.

The P226 is my favorite gun i own.

I'm very fond of it myself. Been practicing with one pretty regularly. A head start of sorts. I still prefer rifles, and i'm nowhere as accurate as i'd like to be, but i still shoot better than 90% of the graduates. Meh, most of our guys cant hit center mass at ten meters. I'm surprised their pray and spray principle hasn't killed anyone innocent yet.

Though i must admit that the Pist 88 (SAF issue Glock 17) and the Beretta 92FS are my two favourites. The p226 is a close third.

I have a glock 19 too and I really don't like the grip angle compare to the sigs, but everyone is different.
That's the .357SIG right? What's that thing shoot like?

My argument against the Glock grip angle complaints is to ask someone to literally point at an object in the distance, with the thumb side of the hand upwards (almost as if you were shooting an invisible gun). Notice the angle of your hand and wrist. The angle is going to be more like if you were holding a Glock than say a 1911 (or Sig).

Idk but the sig/1911 just feel more natural in my hand. Some people it's the opposite. I still shoot the glock don't get me wrong.

Not that I have a lot of experience with various handguns, but I agree. The grip on my FNS is very comfortable and natural feeling in my hands. It comes down to preference.

Not my whole collection, but probably one of the more interesting guns I have.

Plus an example of one of the rounds I loaded for it (subsonic):

The only thing bad about NFA is you become addicted. I now have 4 cans; SDN-6, Ti-Rant 9, Silencerco SS Sparrow and YHM Mite. I am working on a Noveske 8inch SBR in 300 Blackout.

The setup above is a 8.2" Noveske 300BLK SBR w/ AAC SDN-6. Also have a YHM Mite on my 22/45 with Tac-sol upper:

Nice collection. How's the hitman business treating you. I am a little envious right now. I'd love to have those in my collection. Mine consist of hunting firearms.

XDm and XDs in .45
The XDs narrowly beat my 1911 as my #1 pistol, the XDm almost beat it.. XDs pulled off the win. When I OC, it's the 1911 though. My "dress" gun.

My S&W Governor. (Live in bad Rattlesnake country, .45ACP, .45 Colt, and 410 bore rounds in pic)

Have a Diamond D guide holster for the Gov, great for fishing.

(Only 9 more firearms I want to add to my collection... then i'll be "done" ;) )

That Mosin is beautiful. May I ask how much you paid for yours? I have been really looking into a Kar98 or Mosin Nagant.

I know this is such an old post, but I was at Gander Mountain this weekend and they had Mosin Nagants on sale for $129.

I know if you are looking for a Mosin (any variety, M44 91/30 etc) you can always find them pretty much everywhere for $100-150. I'm thinking of grabbing another myself and put the Archangel stock on it. Detachable magazine Mosin? sign me up!

You can always get them by the crate if you get some friends that want one also. We bought a crate when I got mine, in the end it came out to like $68-70 each
I know of a group buy recently where I live with a dealer, they paid I think $90-100 out the door with transfers. I think they split a spam can of ammo as well with that cost, but not sure.
