Anyone else finding that FF 14 is using significantly less RAM than FF13? For me, it's the difference between hovering around 750MB vs 550MB with a few tabs open.

Yes! Mozilla has targeted leaky add-ons with Firefox 14 - these are by far the biggest source of Firefox memory leaks now.
