Firefox 3.0 Scrolling

Has anyone noticed the sheer naff-ness of two fingered scrolling in FF 3.0?

And does anyone have a possible fix for this niggle?

It's bugging me something awful.

Open up preferences and make sure the "use smooth scrolling" is checked.

I have , unfortunately.

It feels very hit and miss. Like one minute it goes sloooow, so you speed up, and then it flicks down to the bottom of the page!

I would use Firefox.

EXCEPT scrolling with Mighty Mouse in firefox has always been stranger than any other Mac applicaiton for me..

Installed it, uninstalled it. It made the scrolling about 10 times worse!

really? did you check the preference of the addon at all? the real deal is all in the pref, not out of box...

Thanks for this. It works better now. 🙂

EDIT: uses a lot of cpu though. Just for scrolling, firefox uses 40% with the scrolling add-on but around 7% without.
