Firefox 3.5 and open video formats

Firefox 3.5 is out and is the first browser that supports open video formats!

Exciting stuff... With simple <video></video> tags you can now embed a video without the use of plugins!

and it offers ogg decoder build in, so there is no worries if your system has no decoders. But its ogg only.

Yup. Ogg only and firefox only for the time being - but bodes well for things to come 😀
