Firefox and/or Safari . . . Can I Run Both?

I know this is a novice question, but please . . . . 😱

Is it possible to load Firefox 3.03 on the same machine where I am running Safari?

If this can be done and I try it and don't like it, can I easily back Firefox 3 out, or is it one of those apps that plants tentacles all over the machine?

Yes, you can run both.

No tentacles.

You can run and install browsers simultaneously in OS X and Windows with no issues.

That's one little advantage of using OS X, programs don't plant program files everywhere. If you are too keen about that, you can use AppZapper which deletes the .plist and other files of the application.

I've got three browsers on mine, you can run as many as you want.

+ Flock = 4 on mine
I was running SeaMonkey and IE for Mac
but now I only use those to test stuff

Also, I use AppDelete to remove apps.🙂
