firefox and safari going slow?

dont think its affecting the rest of my coimputer but when im on the net, its going pretty slow and almost like lags. been happening since yesterday and not sure whats going on...😕

Make sure everything is up to date. I would try rebooting your computer, and/repairing your permissions using disk utility.

I also heard uninstalling flash speeds things up too.

I would also suggest installing the plugin click2flash on Safari (not sure if it's available for firefox).

It has made a world of difference since I installed it.

this is the first time my browsers have gone slow since i purchased the computer over 2 years ago. very very weird and got me worried.
