Firefox Changed My Fonts

I used Firefox for the first time in a long while this morning as a page wouldn't display properly in safari but would in firefox. On opening firefox it asked if i wished to update it, so i did.

After doing this, it seems to have changed the font of most my programmes, most noticeably in iTunes, as it now looks quite ugly with the different font. How would i go about changing this back?

I frequentley restart my ibook as i take it into college with me

Please don't say that the fonts look the same to you, as i'm looking at the same tracks on my iMac G5 next to my iBook and it looks different.

Best I can tell, there might be some problem with your display, as it looks rendering at a lower color #s.

Or the font AA settings?

How would i go about changing those?

system preferences->displays->colors
system preferences->appearance->font smoothing

This seems not to have done anything. Any other ideas.
