As per the title, support for Firefox ESR 115 on macOS 10.12, 10.13 & 10.14 has been extended by Mozilla once again, this time until at least February 2026.

My 2011 17” MacBook Pro breathes a sigh of relief…for now!

UPDATE: Sadly, it apprears official Mozilla support for Firefox ESR 115 on macOS 10.12/13/14 is ending at the close of this month. If you are stuck on, or still running one of these versions of macOS on your old Macs, you can look into Firefox Dynasty or Palemoon as alternatives.

Personally, I have reverted my only Mac running High Sierra (17" 2011 MBP) to Snow Leopard and it is using the excellent PowerFox browser from @Jazzzny 🙂

Yes, 115.33 will be released on February 24th, in 14 days, and it appears to be the last one. Catalina's 140 will remain in service until September 2026.

Once again, Mozilla hasn't abandoned us, and this marks three years of support. At the last minute, they've decided to extend support for 115ESR until September 2026.
