firefox extensions

guys, i am new to the mac. i like to use firefox as my browser. is there any extensions or files that can enable dictionary? like i point my cursor to a word then hit ctrl cmd D and will show up the meaning of the word? and is there any extensions also that can enable hand gesture on the aluminum macbook trackpad? i like the 3 fingers swipe of going back and forward of a webpage.

EDIT: Darnit, Firefox 3 doesn't like this addon because it doesn't securely provide updates. Oh well. 🙁
