firefox freezing , adobe flash player script running slowly??? help pls..

hey i get this frequently, a lot of sites freeze when loading, and have the spinning wheel, and then this comes up:

please help, what can i do. i'm on a macbook intel, and it happens in firefox as you can see...

I got that a lot as well.

firstly make sure you've got the latest version of Shockwave for mac installed which should help and see how you go.
