Firefox gestures using a macbook trackpad?

I've just got a macbook which I am very happy with but am stuck on how to use firefox gestures. Using my imac I right-click and move down to close a window or right-click and move left to go back.

How can I emulate this using a trackpad? I have enabled trackpad clicking and double-clicking. Thanks

I just played with firefox. By holding ALT/OPTION and sliding two fingers on the trackpad moves back and forth between web pages.
