I have been playing a "game" called Hattrick and I use Firefox for it. Lately, it has slowed to dial-up speeds. And when I quit firefox, it does not respond and I have to Force Quit it.

Yes, it seems to be working on Chrome which is my normal browser. I have been using Firefox with Hattrick because I use an add-on which helps with the game a little. I have disabled the add-on while using Firefox and it did not help the matter at all. I recently re-installed the Firefox again, in case I missed an update as well. I'm just lost...my MBP is starting to trip up on several things, like opening Microsoft Word for Mac.
