Firefox "Open File…" Dialog Box stuck to center of screen

I'm sure this is a recent change in Firefox.

I used to be able to move the Open File dialog box to anywhere I wanted…like I can with TextEdit, for example. Now, it's stuck to the center of the screen. I can drag/resize it but not move it.

Does anyone know anything about this. ChatGPT didn't have a definitive answer so I didn't try any of its "suggestions" (guesses) as I've learned my lesson about that sort of time-wasting rabbit hole.

If you don't have a particular reason to use Firefox 152, use Firefox ESR.

It's updated with security fixes, not with the latest "features" and bugs 🙂

I don't know if I have a particular reason or not. Is there a checklist?

Anyway, 151 still has the movable window behavior. I reported the bug to Mozilla.
