Firefox themes aren't working! Help!

So I had a theme set up and what not.
But I just now updated to Firefox 3 and it won't let me use my themes.
When I go to add-on there is an exclamation point next to all of the themes.

Anybody out there able to help me?

Before you update it says something like "click here to see what will not work". Anything on that list needs to be updated by the publisher to work with the new version.

I guess I'm gonna have to go find some new themes.
