Firefox vs Camino?

Exactly what is the difference between the two? They are both based off Mozilla, both made by similar people, and both browsers. I understand Camino is "more integrated" into the OS, although I don't exactly get what this means. Also, I have heard that Camino is faster and lighter, which would be a big plus for me.
