To celebrate the major new 2.0 release of FireStream, our popular UPnP/DLNA media streaming app for macOS, we're giving away some free promo codes here.

This new update adds full support for all of Apple's new media apps: Music, Books, Photos, TV, Podcasts (and you can of course stream any folder, too). 2.0 greatly improves indexing and overall performance, especially on Apple Silicon. The UI has received a nice update too, with new icons, separate navigation for the media app sources and ability to disable individual media sources. Many other improvements too.

We've also amplified Hi-Fi audio streaming for you audiophiles out there (we love Hi-Fi too!). Lossless format and lossless transcoding support has been improved, adding new transcoded audio seeking capability. Organization has been greatly enhanced too, so that Hi-Fi streamers have a clean navigation system without unrelated content like videos or photos and without sources that have no audio content available.
