Firewall ignoring Allow rules?[10.5.4]

Well I've had a different post on this but that one is a bit old now and has different problems.
For some reason, everytime I launch Adium or Transmission it will ALWAYS ask me if I want Allow or Deny even though is clearly lists the application to allow in the firewall list.
I've tried removing it and trying again but still does the same thing.

i have the same issue with transmission, and i think it has something to do with the fact that transmission keeps getting updated so much. I think every time it does, its like a new app? i know that if after every transmission ver. release, if you go into your sys pref. and remove it from the apps listed on your firewall it wont ask for admin until the next release of transmission....but that is kinda annoying, so if anyone has a fix, that be super.

Exact same behaviour here, (10.5.4 and 10.5.3). A minor annoyance however, but an annoyance none the less.
