Firewall is turning off every time I perform a restart.

I turn my firewall on and upon restarting it's magically switched to off again.

Any suggestions?

Click the lock at the bottom(lock it) to not let the system make the changes to it itself.

stop restarting? how often do you do that? you can sleep your mac, and periodically reboot...
