Fireworks Animation at Midnight!

Did anyone else have a firework animation on their iWatch at midnight on New Years Eve?

I got it twice.

I’ve lived in Alaska all my life. Currently in the process of moving to Tennessee. Flew to Seattle yesterday to spend some time with my brother on my trek south.

I’ve got my phone in “sleep/night mode from 12-5:30 am. The first time I looked at my phone after midnight here in Seattle, around 12:05, I got it. I got it again at 1 AM, which was midnight in Alaska. It was pretty cool!!

The SE is my first Apple Watch. So, it was new, neat to me. However, the feature isn’t exclusive to watchOS 7.
