I'll have my iphone in a couple of weeks but Im still learning about the iphone apps, features and latest updates. What all does the firmware 2.3 offer?

There's a poll and even a contest elsewhere on the web about when 2.3 will be released. So far everyone's been mum about it, which raises questions on whether the latest firmware will be released in the usual two month fashion.

I sure as heck Apple doesn't say so long suckas and introduce a third generation iPhone that has copy and paste and flash.

Copy and Paste wouldn't need an Hardware upgrade!

Even if your iPhone has 2.2 there is no problem, when 2.3 is released you just update your iPhone. It's always an exciting moment when Apple releases an update.
After all, it's just a matter of time....I think after Macworld we can expect something, let's see...

Oh I know....who knows but Apple why it's not implemented via firmware update. For all we know, they could blame it on the current CPU speed or gawd knows what else to justify it's absence in the 2G and 3G version.
