Firmware patch for GTX 7800

I found this 7800GTX which on has 256mb of VRAM do you think it can be patched as an fx4500?

There is no benefit to flashing the Quadro ROM's to a Geforce card, the Mac card had the 3-Din stereo 3D port, and the Geforce cards lack this.

Stereo 3D is the only Quadro feature available to OS X, other than Quadro's that Support ECC Vram.

nVidia never enabled any of the Professional 3D features in the drivers.

Best to just flash it with the OEM 7800 GTX PowerPC Fcode ROM, it will likely perform better.

Likely the 512mb one will work fine on your card, if not, let me know, and I'll see if I can drop an edit on it.

Note:Save you PC VBios first, we'll need it for editing.
