It's not an option to choose at the Apple online store anymore, but am I crazy or did there use to be an option to have your 512 of memory on 1 dimm instead of 256 on two for no extra charge? I could have sworn I saw that once not too long ago. I suppose this could have been for the old G4s or even the intel imacs.
I'm looking for the answer b/c I'm finally in the works to get a mini from ebay and i just want to know if asking if the 512 of ram is on one dimm is a stupid question (b/c it was never an option) or a money saving one b/c i will at some point be adding to the ram.
