iPod touch first generation: accidentally erased an App

I accidentally erased an App. How do I retrieve it? It was one of the Apps that came with the iPod.

You couldn't have deleted an app that came on it.

Resync any apps from iTunes. If you have deleted them from there, just download them again for free.

True, you are right, i discovered the App. It is my balance app. However, every time I sync and check the iPod, it does not show up.

Connect your ipod to your computer, in iTunes, click on the ipod icon, take a look at the "applications" tab. Find the app you deleted, it would be unchecked. Check it and sync.
