Don't post to Youtube since it only compresses the video.

Get the original file off your phone, and upload it to Mediafire, Megaupload, anything that lets us download the ORIGINAL HD video file.

UPDATE: THANKS TO LOYALMOSES, WE HAVE HD VIDEO FROM THE IPHONE 4.

http://www.loyalmoses.com/2010/06/my-iphone-4-arrived-2-days-early/

UPDATE 2: HIS SITE IS GETTING HAMMERED AT THE MOMENT SO I MIRRORED THE ORIGINAL FILE ON MEDIAFIRE HERE.

UPDATE 3: HERE IS ANOTHER MIRROR, MEGAUPLOAD STYLE.

If anybody else can post original HD video files, it would be appreciated.

I'll second this. Some original RAW .MOV files would be awesome. Some outside, some inside, low light, etc. That's my #1 favorite feature of the phone, so I'm hoping it's good!

There's people in this forum who are getting it as we speak and we should have video from somebody who isn't a Youtube noob in a matter of minutes so keep this bumped, guys.

We need to see the original 720p video from the phone and its maddening that people are only posting video of the phone itself.

Less than 48hrs before I can do it and see it for myself...

but...

I need demo and I need it now! :D

Guys! Cool your jets.

Maybe a handful of people are confirmed to have gotten the phone right now. It was nice of them to post pictures as is, but they don't automatically become MR's servants.

Show a little patience. I'm sure someone will post up a clip soon enough. If you see a clip 20 minutes from now or 20 hours from now, it doesn't change anything.

+1
Viewing the video will only make me want the iPhone that much more, especially after AT&T changed their Walk-in release date to a week from today.

If I got the phone, I'd be making a thread doing whatever request somebody asked of me because it would be fun to help people out.

That guy's site is hammered like crazy - downloads wont even start :(

If someone gives them to me I'll host em' on Amazon S3
Luckily I got the file and posted it on mediafire at my original post.

The problem with that "outdoor" video is that it is way overexposed. I'm pretty sure if he had tapped on the blown out leaves it would have brought the exposure down to a more acceptable level, causing the video quality to skyrocket.

Even my 5D Mark II, well known for capturing absolutely stunning 1080p video, looks like a Flip cam when overexposed.

He had 2 videos - indoors and outdoors. You posted the outdoors one I believe. Can you upload the indoor one to mediafire?

The indoor one is terrible and vertically shot so I didn't bother saving it and now I can't get it. Sorry.

The indoors one is just pointed at a TV as well I think. Both awful situations and are a definite worst-case in terms of video quality coming out of the iPhone 4. Prepare to see some more impressive stuff when its exposed correctly/not pointed at a TV.
