Do you feel the weight difference?Silver and Gold pro max, iPad mini.
Did you forget 4 to 4S, 5 to 5S, or 6 to 6S?Most boring upgrade in iPhone history
With every new product launch, we get a similar story with the same opening paragraph -- one that ignores several other countries in "early" time zones. For instance, Japan will officially* get the phones an hour after they are released in Australia, and India a few hours after that. Just sayin'...Customers in New Zealand and Australia are always the first to get their hands on new devices due to time zone differences.
Wow the gold is actually really gorgeous! Sort of iridescent.Silver and Gold pro max, iPad mini.
It shipped with the rc build but has the update as soon as you turn it on to the new public oneWhat build number is it running? Did it need an update either during or after setup?
That’s what I thought and was saying in the Speculation thread. It shipped with the rc build but has the update as soon as you turn it on to the new public one

That can only be answered when we see Apple's 2021Q4 and 2022Q1 revenue. Most boring upgrade in iPhone history
From the youtubes, this year's gold is more yellowish than last year's.Is the gold different from last year’s model ?
Identical situation here, Melbourne Australia. Tracking says monday, im hoping for today.I'm sitting here in New Zealand not knowing if it'll arrive today or Monday.
The tracking says Monday but, from past experience, they are usually pessimistic to not get hopes up and it usually arrives earlier.
I did order it 3 minutes after orders opened.
Shinny new case for it arrived yesterday. It's looking awfully empty sitting on my desk here.
I'm upgrading for the cameras from my iPhone X.
Not a lot changes in smart phones these days regardless of who makes them.
Sooooo…..you acknowledge that Australians do, in fact, get the iPhone first. With every new product launch, we get a similar story with the same opening paragraph -- one that ignores several other countries in "early" time zones. Apple in UK usually do next day replacement for faulty devices. If you can walk into a store tomorrow/today maybe they can replace straightaway with another retail unit.Mine turned up with a bug that for some reason has lost connection with my wifi and won't reconnect. Very odd..installing this RC build update over cellular to see if that fixes the issue.
To people like you who have a year/two year old iPhone who don’t even need to upgrade anyway, yes.
To people like me with older iPhones who genuinely need to upgrade, this is a well worthy one.

Fingers crossed, i want something new and shing in my life😂
I'm definitely not ignoring Japan or other Asian countries, it's just that when this thread gets posted, it's generally at a time when it's still too early for deliveries in Japan. With every new product launch, we get a similar story with the same opening paragraph -- one that ignores several other countries in "early" time zones. For instance, Japan will officially* get the phones an hour after they are released in Australia, and India a few hours after that. Just sayin'...
(*In fact, it's a good bet that customers in Japan will begin receiving their pre-orders well before customers in Australia, simply because Japan isn't in a strict lockdown and so delivery services aren't nearly as restricted.)
This is looking good - my first iPhone was gold and I think a gold 13 would be a good tribute. Nice taste. You've almost sold me!Silver and Gold pro max, iPad mini.
I am interested how you will measure this - is it on phones per capita delivered before noon? Median delivery time relative to Greenwich Mean time, adjusted for daylight savings? Would you measure it differently based on models given the pro max is heavier than the pro and thus takes more energy to transport? Would you factor in median distance from point of entry to the country as well? With every new product launch, we get a similar story with the same opening paragraph -- one that ignores several other countries in "early" time zones.
