My mac is going in for repair, it's my first time and I'm unsure what to do. Do I need to package it in its original box? Do I need to label it? Put apple's stock ram back in?

Thanks

I would put the stock Ram/HD in just to avoid having to get them back in the event they replace something especially the whole laptop.

No the bag is for your transport to and from the store only. They have two hands that can transport it from there.

It's a MBP not an iMac :p and the superdrive is broken. I could easily fix it but I'd void my warranty + it's a free repair so hey :)
