I don't care if there are a million threads like this. This is my macbook, there are many like it, but this one is mine (Full metal jacket, haha).

Anyways, it's the 2.4 MB, with 2GB of Ram, 250 GB HDD, and the backlit Keyboard. This thing is awesome!

My Function key is fine. Fit and finish is beautiful.

Anyways, I figured you all should know, incase you've never heard this kind of thing before. Oh, and this is my first Mac.

You have every right to post this thread.
And you mean 2.4GHz, not 2.4MB's.
    Enjoy your new MacBook.

    Congratulations Mr. Mobs. :D

Yeah, it's great. I am absolutely digging it! I've been horsing around with it now for too long, I need to get some sleep, I have to drive people to the airport at 6AM.

I agree. I switched from PC over in October and have lost count on how many things i've bought for this Macbook since then. Its immense. I've never spent as much on a machine before, my previous Dell was there just as a 'tool'.

Welcome to the club! You will start to spend more money than you thought on new apple products, accesories, iPhones, etc. Like a potato chip or tattoos....can't stop at one.

Amen to that, my sister hated computers altogether until i forced her to buy a mac before she went off to law school. in her own words, she's "so all about the mac"

+1 on the congrats! You have the same setup as me... well, before I upgraded the RAM and HDD :p You'll love this machine. Just be warned, you WILL find yourself trying to use multi-finger gestures and Apple shortcuts on other PC laptops... Just try and refrain from throwing them against the wall when that happens. Their owners might not be as understanding as the Mac community :p

"Limited Edition" as in the only time frame Apple made the unibody Macbook. Before they merged with the pro line.

Congrats. I love my macbook. I could never understand why someone would spend so much more on a laptop, when you could get a decent windows for 500 cheaper, but after getting into the macbook I understand the quality of the system is much higher, great computers. Gotta love iMovie too, it kicks WMM's ass.
