Verizon is charging me $150.58 for the #39.99, 450 minute + $5, 200 messages + $30, 2GB data plan... and for some reason the data plan doesn't appear at all on the prorate receipt, though the math works out if it's included in the $150 total.

I don't remember T-Mobile surprising me with such fees when I switched to them from AT&T for the G1 back in 2008. 😕

Then I think it includes the $35 activation fee. $90 + $35 = $125 + taxes
