ACTUALLY! You need to shoot more frames per second for "true" slow motion. Like, somewhere around 120... then slow it down to 60 or 30.

To get smooth slow motion playback, yiu need to record much over 30fps....1200fps gives awesome slow motion..

As a professional videographer, this statement just insultingly stupid. The saddest thing is, you don't need to be a videographer to know this. You need common sense. More frames played at the same speed would obviously produce a slower effect.

I have a deep link bookmarked to this forum and don't read the homepage.

I would suggest to everyone to bookmark the front page and whatever forums you read. When you come to MR read the front page first and then your forums, that way you don't miss out.

I have a feeling very few people do this and that is why there are duplicates so often.

I never read the front page - only the Iphone forum. Why didn't the team post it in the relevant forum not the news forum?

I don't know why, but they chose to use separate forums for discussions about front page articles. If you think it should be changed please start a thread in Site and Forum Feedback.
