General First thing you are going to do/install with iOS 6 Jailbreak

Actually I put up the link first, in the main JB thread, but then the other thread was created with it.... :D
 
SBSettings for sure. Does NCSettings do all of what SBSettings can do, but in the Notification screen?
 
Intelliscreenx when it is fully operational. PDA net when it works again, and there was a tweak for Siri which made her tell yo mama jokes. I can't remember the name.

2. BiteSMS
3. WeKillBackground

I can't even remember what else since its been so long :(
 
Install SBSettings, KillBackground, 5 Column Springboard & Dock...

Just like I do every time I jailbreak.

Then I'll look into making Google Maps the default maps app because I hate Apple Maps.
 
If you buy a JB tweak that supports iPhone and iPad is it available to be downloaded to both devices without paying for it twice? How do you share tweaks between devices? Noobie question.

Yes you can use it and install it again when you log into the cydia store using your google Id or Facebook user Id.
It will recognize and let you reinstall your purchased items to more than 1 device.
 
Bitesms, springtomize & zephyr. I was thinking no winterboard but that'll only last a day or 2. Then all the usual like ifile, openssh, colorleyboard, sbsettings etc...

LOL... That's how I feel. I'm really bored with stock iOS right now. After JB comes out, I'll download my favorite tweaks... then I get bored again. What I enjoy is modifying winterboard themes, adding user mod widgets and modifying to go with the theme, making icons, changing layouts, making it unique... and it feels like I have a new phone every week. Problem is... the wife and kids get neglected.
 
What do people mean when they say they get bored with their phone? It's a phone, seems like people try to treat it as if it wasn't.

Tweaks are nice, themes are nice. I pick one theme and keep it, I don't change it. I only download tweaks that are useful, nothing fancy like barrel roll or gravity.

And a car is just a transportation tool. I think everyone is entitled to their opinions and preferences. If someone wants to trick out their car/phone in justin beiber or twilight decal/theme/colors etc, all the power to them.

I agree with you, I only use tweaks that are useful like software update hider and nc settings. But other people like it to be more, whats to say they cant?

I wasn't trying to start an argument. But as for a vehicle, it is just a transportation tool and I do regret tricking my truck out was a waste of money. Next vehicle will have just wheels and tint, maybe just tint if I get a new Mazda Speed 3.

Bored is probably the wrong word. Other than useful tweaks, I like changing things. It's a phone... yes. But after a jailbreak, it becomes more of a hobby to me. I'm a oracle apps developer/dba at work... which isn't to exciting and sometimes stressful... so modifying themes is fun and a stress reliever to me during my personal time. If I download a theme, I like to move them to my computer, and modify source code, creating new backgrounds and icons in photoshop, modify user mod widgets and adding them to themes, changing and adding to my bundles, and ssh everything back in my iphone. I enjoy modifying themes and making it my own. When I'm tired of the look, I change it again, and it feels like I have different phone. If you look at my screenshot on the JB screenshot thread, my theme screenshots are never stock. I like to tinker... and play with source code... which is why it's more of a hobby to me, and not just a phone. But I understand what you are saying... I just didn't clarify what I meant by being bored.

Well if everyone was like that then the world would be a pretty dull place with no innovation. Good thing there are people who get bored and create new things.
