First time app. developer

I developed my first iphone/ipod app. game, and I'm looking for ways to promote it. I did the usual google search, and have submitted to 10-15 "review" sites. If anyone has any other ideas that has worked for them, any info will be greatly appreciated.

not to spam anyone, but the game is called "roll the bones dice game".
