Is it just pure madness at every carrier store? Do they typically open at midnight? Does anyone ever get left without a phone due to limited store stock? Thinking about doing the wait in line thing.

2 AT&T corporate stores locally that I am aware of.Last year,line started at 8p for 1 and 3am for the other. YMMV greatly this year.
