Which country will it be who gets bragging rights on Mac Rumours to be the very first regular citizen to've had their X in their possession & post proof of it, Australia or New Zealand?

(We know - much like the World Cup - that the US are out of this race) :D
 
But, but...none of those guys posted a pic of it in their hand in this thread! What do I win? LOL!

Ok. Timed my return nicely.

Can I ask is that zoomed? If it is, could you please show the exact same frame zoomed to full screen & then in original aspect ratio?

Hmm...That's clearly zoomed to full screen. Original aspect would have the black bars on the side.

Yep, & it's a clear example of full screen video compromising content.

I can't see myself using full screen video often, unless say a YouTube video's originally filmed in an aspect ratio that matches the X.
 
We don't know what app he's using or whether it's been optimized for the X yet.

It kinda sucks that an American company doesn’t give Mericans first crack. Launch us a day before them I mean really Apple! Ok I’m over it! Lol Congrats to all..

What would be nice is if they let you zoom in, then pan it so that the content that’s important is front and centre, that way you could accommodate for things like this.

Agreed. Like a normal TV zooming is typically not a good thing becuase you lose actual content on sceeen
