Wrong, bezels are much thicker on the XR than the 6, 7, 8 left and right sides. Hold the phone and have it in your hand before you provide an opinion.

I’ll take a bit thicker on the sides (I wouldn’t say they are MUCH thicker - .220 vs .175 on my 8+ - we’re talking .045) to lose the massive ones on the top and bottom.

Agreed. It's amazing how the large top and bottom bezels of the 6-8 phones are ignored in discussions about the XR bezels.

I agree. And don’t get me wrong - I LOVE my 8+, and that form factor has served me well for quite a few years, but I’m really excited about the change.

Thanks for posting. I'm send my unopened 10R back! Kidding. Like it makes that much difference how thick/wide a bezel is to some folks. I'm not 1 of them.

Agreed. When side-by-side perhaps it will look like a larger bezel/frame. But by itself, I'm sure it's fine. It's only 3/64" larger for that dimension compared to the XS Max.

Maybe I'll visit a store this weekend to check out an XR and compare to my 8+ which I really like.

Its because everyone complaining is comparing it to the X. For those of us coming from an iPhone 6, 7, 8, its gonna be a massive update.

I got mine and I can’t get over how nice it looks! I got it all loaded up, but still don’t really wanna play with it much til my case comes. I’m THAT paranoid.
