This story is so funny.
I laughed a lot.
73 dollars for an iPhone? —— A real story
LOL, that was awesome, serves him right for buying "stolen" goods
Jajajaja! Damn, how can someone do that?
Next time try before you buy....
haha thats great!
"What a hi-tech phone" LOL
I'd just admit I'd been had, reassemble and hang from my rearview mirror...
Why does the front look like the 3G size and shape (larger black border on both sides of the screen) while the back looks like a first gen? Where did THAT case come from? It's kinda funny. Even looking at the icons, I would know it was a fake before taking it apart.
I unno..... cuz it's fake?
Also, the dude said he didn't have time to even try any of the applications. So I'm sure if you're that pressed for time and NOT and iGeek, you'd never notice.
You can buy dummy iPhone display models on eBay. Just add some lights.
The stupidity of some people never ceases to amaze me.
No time? So if the person didn't buy it ... then what? The seller would have ran outside and thrown the phone into the street?
No time, right?!
I wonder if the date was right on the calendar...
A lot of work went into that for $73 ....
I'm calling fake on this ... this looks like some sort of viral campaign to get traffic to this site.
Wouldn't be hard to concoct this at all. I agree.
My favorite was the response in the comments where the person said "I feel sorry for this guy". You feel sorry for a guy who knowingly bought a stolen iphone from a guy on a corner who was rushing to push it, and you didn't have time to test it. Yeah, I feel no sorrow for you. Some people are such idiots and deserve everything that happens to them.
I wish I could find these people and just say "Give me $100 and I'll give you something."
This is from an old story. Perhaps someone took notes and applying it in US.
There are so many things like this in China, it is only cost about 5 dollars at most to make this "iPhone".
Have you ever seen the satellite TV receiver like this?
The old adage, you get what you pay for still holds true.
