iPhone Fitbit messages haven’t worked since ios13

Since iOS 13 came out my wife’s Fitbit will not be notified when she has text messages through her iPhone. Has anybody else experienced the same issue and if you have what did you do to solve the problem.

Cant speak to text messages as I have it off, but call notifications work fine.

It has been about six months without it working. Which is crap. Not sure if I should be calling Fitbit or Apple. Practically makes the device useless as that is one of its major features

Never been a problem with mine at all, worked fine for me even on the iOS 13 betas. That said there were numerous issues with Fitbit notifications when iOS13 was released but i think they got sorted.

Which fitbit is it? I've occasionally inadvertently switched the notifications off on my Charge 2 by holding the side button in too long. Have to repeat holding the button in to get them back on.

Mine has worked off and on since 13 came out. I have a Blaze, seems to be very moody.
