Do any of you use this service?
Yep, every single day. Me and missus, both. Do strength, HIIT, and yoga. Great set of workouts for these. Core workouts are really lame. Lot of improvements can be provided - but I get why they are working on getting more videos in there. One thing I am glad about is strength is all dumbbell based. I am sure people who have bars and benches feel like they don't get enough of it. But then, perhaps for them - they are too far ahead to want Apple Fitness anyways.

I’d really like to make a workout program with all the exercises they’re offering. I’d also like to target specific muscle group.

I have been using it for about two weeks now. While there are plenty of workouts to suit everyone, the categorisation is something that has been poorly thought. For example, there is no beginner, intermediate or advanced. So for someone like me who like to get into strength workout, I have absolutely no idea which one to start with and move forward. Secondly, it lacks a section where saved or favourite workouts is added. One has to go through the long list of videos to find a small tick of the favoured ones. I wish I could send some feedback to apple. There is a lot of potential for improvement to make fitnesses+ great.

They have had the “my list” functionality on mobile For awhile. They just added it to the TV version in the latest version. It’s a good feature Cause I have a few I like to go back to. Do wish they would rank the workout difficulty though. I feel like it’s A conscious decision to not do that though.

Does this work for anyone? Saw it on the menu two days back, but now no Pilates are listed.

dies it require iOS 15 / tvOS 15? If so, does that still work with the older watch version?
